1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed after payment or deposit is received
- Customers will receive confirmation details via email or message
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup may receive a partial refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable
3. No-Show Policy
- If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and location, the booking is non-refundable
4. Early Returns
- No refunds are provided for early returns or unused rental time
5. Weather Conditions
- Refunds are not provided due to weather conditions, unless deemed unsafe by PBND Scooter Rentals
6. Company Cancellations
- If we must cancel your booking due to mechanical issues or availability, you will receive a full refund or an alternative option
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
