Payment & Booking

1. A refundable security deposit of €400 is required at pickup (card in the driver’s name).
2. This vehicle includes unlimited mileage per day in the price.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel up to 1 month before pick-up for a full refund.
2. Within 1 month: 50% refund.
3. Within 3 days before pick-up: no refund.

Driver Requirements

1. You must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
2. A valid Category A / A1 / A2 licence is required, depending on the vehicle.
3. A valid ID or passport is required.
4. A credit or debit card must be in the driver’s name.

Usage Rules

1. Only the named driver in the contract is allowed to drive.
2. Driving under the influence of alcohol or substances is strictly prohibited.
3. Dangerous driving or racing is prohibited.
4. Carrying more passengers than allowed is prohibited.

Fuel & Delays

1. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.
2. Late returns are charged per hour.

Damage & Accidents

1. Immediate notification to the company is required.
2. In case of an accident, a police report and incident report are required.
3. The renter is responsible in case of negligence or violation of terms.

Fines & Theft

1. All fines are the renter’s responsibility (+ €30 admin fee).
2. The vehicle and keys must be kept secure at all times.
3. Loss of keys or violation of terms results in full liability.

Geographical Restrictions

1. Use is permitted only within Corfu.
2. Taking the vehicle off the island is not allowed without permission.
