To rent a scooter from PBND Scooter Rentals, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old for scooters up to 250cc
• Minimum 21 years old for scooters over 250cc
• A valid driving license for the scooter category
• Previous riding experience

For safety reasons, scooters are only rented to customers who have experience driving similar vehicles.

The type of driving license needed depends on the engine size of the scooter.

Previous driving experience is required for all rentals.

Yes. At PBND Scooter Rentals, customer safety is extremely important.

Even if a customer has the correct driving license, we reserve the right to refuse the rental if we believe the rider does not have sufficient experience to safely operate the scooter.

This policy helps ensure the safety of our customers and our vehicles.

Our scooter rental prices include several services to make your experience easy and worry-free:

• Third-party liability insurance
• Roadside assistance
• Customer support during the rental period
• Unlimited kilometres
• Clean and certified helmets
• Top box (depending on scooter model)
• All applicable taxes

All scooters are covered by third-party liability insurance, which includes:

• Injuries to other drivers
• Damage to other vehicles
• Accident care services
• Legal support

However, the renter is responsible for any damage or theft of the rented scooter up to its market value.

Any repair or replacement costs must be paid directly to the company, regardless of payment method.

Insurance does not apply in the following situations:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Violating traffic regulations
• Driving in unsafe or non-road areas such as beaches, rocky terrain, or mountain trails
• Damage to tires, mirrors, accessories, or the underside of the scooter

To activate insurance coverage for an accident, an official police report is required.

PBND Scooter Rentals offers Extra Insurance that reduces your financial responsibility in case of damage.

• With this option:
• Your liability is limited to 25% of the scooter’s market value
• If damage exceeds this amount, our company covers the remaining cost
• Replacement of the scooter may be provided (subject to availability)

Example:
If a scooter’s market value is €2000:

• 25% liability = €500
• Damage under €500 → you pay the repair cost
• Damage over €500 → you pay €500 and the company covers the rest

Yes. We offer two fuel options:

Same-to-Same

Return the scooter with the same fuel level as when you received it.
If the fuel level is lower, the difference will be charged along with a service fee.

Fuel Up Front

You can pay for a full tank at the beginning of the rental and return the scooter empty.

Benefits include:

• No need to find a petrol station before returning the scooter
• Faster and more convenient return process

Unused fuel is non-refundable.

We offer several payment options:

Pay during booking to receive a discounted price.
Reservations can be modified up to 24 hours before pickup, but payments are non-refundable.

Cash on Arrival

Reserve online and pay when you pick up the scooter.
Free cancellation or modification up to 24 hours before pickup.

Our meeting point is located approximately 200 meters to the left of the arrivals hall, at the designated scooter parking area.
