1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed after payment or deposit is received
  • Customers will receive confirmation details via email or message

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup may receive a partial refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and location, the booking is non-refundable

4. Early Returns

  • No refunds are provided for early returns or unused rental time

5. Weather Conditions

  • Refunds are not provided due to weather conditions, unless deemed unsafe by PBND Scooter Rentals

6. Company Cancellations

  • If we must cancel your booking due to mechanical issues or availability, you will receive a full refund or an alternative option

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
