1. Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 18+ (or 21 depending on vehicle type)
- Valid driving license required (Category AM, A1, or A)
- Passport or ID required at pickup
- International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required for non-EU customers
2. Rental Period
- Rentals are charged per 24 hours
- Late returns may be subject to extra charges
- Scooters must be returned in the same condition as received
3. Insurance
- Basic third-party insurance is included
- The renter is responsible for damages not covered by insurance
- In case of an accident, you must notify us immediately
4. Security Deposit
- A refundable deposit is required at pickup
- Returned after inspection if no damage or violations occur
5. Fuel Policy
- Scooters must be returned with the same fuel level as received
6. Cancellations
- Free or partial refunds may apply depending on notice
- No-shows may not be refunded
7. Safety Rules
- Helmets are provided and must be worn
- Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited
- The renter is responsible for any traffic fines
8. Prohibited Use
- No reckless driving or racing
- No off-road use
- Do not exceed passenger limits
9. Assistance
- Contact us in case of breakdown or issues
10. Agreement
By renting a scooter, you agree to these terms.
11. Rental Conditions
BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THE LESSEE RECEIVES THE VEHICLE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND SUITABLE FOR THE USE FOR WHICH IT IS LEASED, WITH ALL RELEVANT EQUIPMENT AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS AND MUST DELIVER THEM (VEHICLE, EQUIPMENT AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS) IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED.
THE VEHICLE WILL BE USED ONLY BY THE LESSEE AND BY THE PERSONS EXPRESSLY MENTIONED IN THIS CONTRACT (OTHER USER) AND MUST BE DRIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TRAFFIC RULES AND PROVIDED THAT HE/SHE HAS THE APPROPRIATE TRAINING AND THE REQUIRED DRIVING LICENCE.
THE LESSEE – OTHER USER IS OBLIGED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT HAVING USED DRUGS OR ALCOHOL AND TO STRICTLY OBSERVE THE TRAFFIC RULES. HE IS ALSO SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES THAT WILL BE INCURRED IN CASE OF TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS.
THE LESSEE – OTHER USER IS OBLIGED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE ONLY ON THE PUBLIC ROAD NETWORK, WITHOUT DEMONSTRATING ABILITY, IMPRESSING, COMPETITION (E.G. PARTICIPATION IN SPEED RACES, DANGEROUS MANOEUVRES, OFF ROAD).
THE LESSEE – OTHER USER IS OBLIGED TO MAKE GOOD USE OF THE VEHICLE AND LOCK THE VEHICLE WHENEVER IT IS LEFT UNATTENDED.
THE LESSEE – OTHER USER IS NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSPORT THE VEHICLE OUTSIDE THE ISLAND OF CORFU.
THE LESSEE MUST PAY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE VEHICLE (E.G. TYRE DAMAGE, LOSS OF MIRRORS) UP TO THE AMOUNT OF EUR ………… AS WELL AS FOR ANY ACCIDENT OR LOSS OF INCOME OF THE LESSOR CAUSED EITHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR THROUGH HIS/HER FAULT.
IN CASE OF MECHANICAL DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE, THE LESSEE MUST INFORM THE LESSOR IMMEDIATELY.
IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, THE LESSEE MUST IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE LESSOR AND BECOMES SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED EITHER TO THE VEHICLE OR TO A THIRD PERSON.
